Why list with me...

 

When it comes to Realtors you have lots of options when listing your home.  So why list with me?  I'll never forget how it all started, how I ended up as a Realtor. It began several years ago when I helped a friend who is a closing attorney with his marketing.  I began by spending time in his office and at the closing table with clients.  Those clients were coming in often exhausted, frustrated and quite honestly just overwhelmed with the process.  By the time they got to him they were simply miserable.

I felt like buying and selling a home are important life events and while it's a daunting task it should feel more like an adventure rather than a painful experience.

So as I continued to speak to clients I thought surely there is a better way.  What if a real estate agent walked their client through the steps before they even began the process? What if they kept them informed? What if an agent put a focus on making the process an adventure, a memorable experience?  In those moments a need to make a difference was birthed in me and I made plans to become a Realtor.

It became my mission to help home buyers have fun while looking for their home, make informed decisions and come to the closing table feeling good about the experience they had buying their home.  For sellers, I wanted to create real espectations, keep good communications, and be creative with their marketing.  I want to make home buying fun!
